LET'S TALK HEMP
Texas HempstaLK is the next evolution of the legendary HempstaLK Festival, originally founded in Portland, Oregon, by Paul Stanford and Jack Herer in 2005.
Focused on hemp education, advocacy, industry growth, and cultural celebration, HempstaLK became a defining event in hemp activism, drawing thousands of participants to push for policy change and sustainability.
In 2025, Texas HempstaLK takes this legacy forward, embracing industrial hemp, hemp education, and legislative reform while creating an inclusive, engaging experience for advocates, industry leaders, and the public.
